1- Crow Solutions for Professional Consulting Company. 2- El-Sayed El-Ayouty & CO. Certified Public Accountants. Among the candidates, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, for the examination, review and auditing of the financial statements for the second, third and annual quarters of the fiscal year 2024 AD, and the first quarter of 2025 AD, and to determine their fees.
We would like to notify the esteemed shareholders that the fees for the company's auditors are as follows: 1- Crow Solutions for Professional Consulting Company (at a value of 485,000 SAR). 2- El-Sayed El-Ayouty & CO. Certified Public Accountants (at a value of 435,000 SAR).
As mentioned in the recommendation of the Audit Committee enclosed in the meeting invitation. |
