The company would like to notify its shareholders who are registered with Tadawulaty electronic trading services that they are able to vote electronically on the AGM agenda items starting from Sunday, 23-06-2024 AD corresponding to 17-12-1445 AH (as per Um Al-Qura Calendar) at 01:00 a.m. until the end of the AGM. The registration and voting on the Tadawulaty services will be available and free to all shareholders using the following link: http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa (Attached is a guide for electronic voting issued by (Edaa).
