Cairo – Mubasher: The indexes of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Thursday’s trading session in the green zone, with the EGX30 main index up 1.09% to 26,417.60 points.

Both small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI indices closed the session higher by 1.04% at 5,929.76 points and by 1.19% at 8,555.84 points, respectively.

The trading value stood at EGP 2.86 billion after 767.06 million shares were exchanged during the session, while the market cap value reached EGP 1.79 trillion.

As for trading on securities, the foreign and Arab traders were net sellers with EGP 212.09 million and EGP 30.11 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 242.21 million.
