The plaintiff , the Qatari German for Medical Devices asked to invalidate the arbitration ruling issued by the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Qatar Chamber on 03/28/2024.

The court ruled not to accept the invalidation claim and obligated the plaintiff to pay the expenses.
