Riyadh – Mubasher: United International Transportation Company (Budget Saudi) appointed Ibrahim Saad Al Mojel as the board’s Chairman for the next four years.

Abdulwahab Abdulkarim Albetari was named as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.

The two officials assumed their roles for a new term that started on 21 June 2024 and will remain in position until 20 June 2028.

In the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, Budget Saudi recorded a rise of 0.56% in net profit to SAR 69.71 million, compared to SAR 69.31 million in Q1-23.

The revenues hiked by 39.55% to SAR 416.87 million as of 31 March 2024 from SAR 298.70 million a year earlier, while the earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 0.98 from SAR 0.97.
