Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) indices closed in the green territory on Tuesday.

The benchmark index, EGX30, rose by 1.34% to close at 27,264.23 points, while the Shariah index grew by 1.86% to end at 2,710.34 points.

The EGX70 EWI index inched higher by 0.56% to 6,143.97 points. EGX100 EWI increased by 0.93%, closing at 8,890.23 points.

The trading value stood at EGP 3.47 billion after 667.14 million shares were exchanged during the session, while the market cap value reached EGP 1.85 trillion.

As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and foreign traders were net buyers with EGP 104.21 million and EGP 11.16 million, respectively.

Meanwhile, Arab investors were net sellers with EGP 115.37 million.
