The Company’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce the decision of its Board of Directors, on 27th June 2024 corresponding to 21 Dhul-Hijah 1445 to appoint the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board and the formation of committees for the new session, and the appointment of the Board Secretary for its next term.

First: appointment of His Royal Highness Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.

Second: appointment of Dr. Lama Abdulaziz Al-Sulaiman as Vice Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.

Third: formation of the “Nominations and Remuneration Committee” and the appointment of the following members, and they are:

Fourth: formation of the “Audit Committee” and the appointment of the following members, and they are:
