Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Makkah Construction and Development Company has accepted the resignation of Fahd Muhammad Al Fawaz from the position of CEO due to personal circumstance.

The decision will be effective 1 July 2024, according to a bourse filing.

During the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, the net profit of Makkah Construction and Development to SAR 113 million from SAR 65 million in Q1-23.
