Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia "Zain KSA" is pleased to announce the distribution date is 18-07-2024G corresponding to 12-01-1446H, by automatically depositing in the investment accounts linked to the shareholders’ portfolios at all banks, at a value of 0.5 SAR per share representing (5%) of the nominal value per share.
The eligibility of Cash dividends will be to shareholders who own the company shares by the end of the trading day of the General Assembly of the company and registered in the Company's shareholders record at the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
We would like to draw the attention of the non-resident foreign investors that the cash dividend distribution which is transferred by the resident financial broker is subject to withholding tax of 5%, in accordance with the provisions of article (68) of the income tax law and article (63) of its implementing Regulations.
The company calls on its valued shareholders to update their data and make sure that the bank account numbers are linked to the investment portfolios to ensure that their dividends arrive without delay.
