Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabian Centres Company (Cenomi Centers) has announced the distribution of cash dividends of SAR 178.13 million for the first quarter (Q1) of 2024 on 18 July 2024.

The approved dividends are equivalent to SAR 0.375 per share, representing 3.75% of the share's book value, according to a bourse filing.

The eligibility date for the disbursement is on the second trading day following the date of the general assembly meeting on 30 June. The number of eligible shares is 475 million.

Cenomi Centers’ net profit soared to SAR 185.60 million in Q1-24 from SAR 388 million in Q1-23.
