Elm’s CEO resigns; Alomair succeeds

Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdulrahman Saad Al Jadhai resigned from the position of CEO of Elm Company after leading the company for more than 12 years.

Al Jadhai submitted his resignation on 3 July 2024 for personal reasons, yet it will be effective on 30 September, according to a bourse disclosure.

Mohammad Abdulaziz Alomair will succeed  Al Jadhai on 1 October due to his leadership experience and contribution to many achievements in digital transformation.

Alomair has 23 years of experience in the market, most of which he spent at Elm, where he started working in the Marketing Department and then held several positions, the last of which was the CEO of the Business Products group.

He holds a master's degree in business administration from Strayer University and a bachelor's degree from the College of Computer Science at King Saud University.

The Company for Cooperative Insurance recently signed a SAR 75.90 million agreement with Elm.
