UAE – Mubasher: Marriott International has signed an agreement with Eagle Hills open the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve in the UAE on Ramhan Island in Abu Dhabi.

Overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the new hotel is scheduled to open in 2029, according to a press release.

Mohammad Alabbar, Chairman of Eagle Hills, said: "As the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve in the UAE, it will set new standards of excellence in the world of luxury experiences."

Sandeep Walia, Chief Operating Officer, Middle East, Marriott International, commented: “This monumental signing marks an important addition to our portfolio in the country where we continue to see a strong demand for luxury experiences.”

Ritz-Carlton Reserve will offer 50 private luxury villas, including the region’s first floating villas with breathtaking waterfront views. The development will also feature lavish leisure amenities and diverse dining venues.

Currently, the Ritz-Carlton Reserve boasts a collection of seven properties in destinations such as Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Indonesia, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.
