Anaam Holding Group Company announces that one of its subsidiaries (Wasit Saudi Company for Entertainment and Beauty Systems for Industry) has signed an agreement on 11-07-2024 with (Pausa), a Saudi Company, to establish and operate 42 kids entertainment and educational centers in Saudi Arabia in shopping malls, public parks, public and private schools, and kindergartens for a total amount of 25 million riyals within 24 months. In addition, WASIT will get a percentage of centers revenues for operating these centers. It is worth noting that Pausa is a Saudi company specialized in the field of entertainment and children’s education and has many centers in malls in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. It has strategic partnerships with the Ministry of Culture and many companies such as Toys R Us, Al Hokair and others. There will be, God willing, a positive financial impact on the Company financials for 2024 and 2025 . |
