Riyadh – Mubasher: Lana Medical Company has acquired 50% of Solar Laser Systems Company and Solar Maccom Company in Belarus for SAR 6 million.

The deal aims to transfer industry and technologies to Saudi Arabia in line with Vision 2030, according to a bourse filing.

This acquisition extends Lana’s strategy of forming profitable alliances and partnerships on local, regional, and global scales, aiming to bolster its market position, maintain its leadership, and increase market share.

The financial impact started on 1 January 2024. The acquisition and ownership transfer procedures, along with all regulatory documents, were completed on 15 July.

Bank Facility

Lana has obtained a SAR 13 million Shariah-compliant credit facilities from Al Rajhi Bank to finance its purposes and working capital, including purchase orders.

Guaranteed by promissory notes, the facilities are obtained on 15 July for five years.  

In April 2024, Lana Medical has been awarded a contract for the medical and infectious waste transportation service project at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center.
