Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) achieved net profits after tax valued at AED 389.52 million in the first half (H1) of 2024, marking an annual drop from AED 402.95 million.

Meanwhile, the revenues grew year-on-year (YoY) to AED 1.35 billion in H1-24 from AED 1.22 billion, according to the financial results.

Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at AED 0.038 as of 30 June 2024, lower than AED 0.040 in H1-23.

Empower’s total assets hit AED 11.04 billion in H1-24, versus AED 9.72 billion as of 31 December 2023.

Income Results for Q2

In the second quarter (Q2) of 2024, the profits shrank to AED 224.02 million from AED 235.59 million in Q2-23, while the revenues climbed to AED 583.72 million from AED 535.08 million.

The basic and diluted EPS reached AED 0.022 in Q2-24, compared to AED 0.023 a year earlier.

As of 31 March 2024, Empower posted lower net profits at AED 165.50 million, compared to AED 167.35 million in Q1-23.
