Saudi Telecom Company (stc) announces that based on the resolution of its Board of Directors dated 25-7-2024 to delegate the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) Mr. Jameel A. AlMulhem to appoint External Committee Member, in coordination with the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Chairman of the NRC decided to appoint Eng. Hazem A. AlShaikh Mubarak as an External Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on 26-8-2024. The membership will start from the date of the NRC Chairman’s resolution, until the end of the current term of the committee on 24-7-2028. |
