Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Qassim Cement Company decided to disburse cash dividends valued at SAR 143.72 million for the first quarter (Q1) as well as Q2 of 2024.

The company will distribute a dividend of SAR 1.30 per share, equivalent to SAR 0.65 per share for each quarter, for 110.55 million eligible shares.

The board approved the dividends, which represent 13% of the company’s capital, on 27 August 2024, according to a bourse filling.

Eligibility and payment dates for the cash dividends will be 1 and 15 September 2024, respectively.

In the first half (H1) of 2024, Qassim Cement recorded a 58.12% hike in net profit to SAR 147.11 million, compared to SAR 93.03 million in H1-23.
