Cairo – Mubasher: Entlaq, an Egypt-based company supporting entrepreneurs, has acquired a stake in foodtech Brotinni for an undisclosed value, according to a press release.

The new investment will enable Brotinni to expand its footprint within the Arab Republic and open new horizons in regional markets across the Middle East.

The transaction also aligns with Entlaq's strategy to promote innovation and support technological advancements in the food sector, while applying technology to achieve sustainability in food production.

Under the partnership, Brotinni will leverage Entlaq's expertise in business development and acceleration to fuel its expansion and enhance its products, particularly in the meat and poultry sectors.

Founded in 2020 by Dalia Abu Omar, Brotinni seeks to make a significant leap in the industry by offering advanced solutions that include industrial biotechnology and environmentally friendly green technologies.
