Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits of Northern Region Cement Company shrank by 84.83% to SAR 7.83 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2025 from SAR 51.62 million in Q1-24.

The revenues grew by 4.25% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 145.05 million in Q1-25 from SAR 139.13 million, according to the financial results.

Earnings per share (EPS) amounted to SAR 0.04 as of 31 March 2025, versus SAR 0.29 a year earlier.

Quarterly, the Q1-25 net profits retreated by 59.45% from SAR 19.31 million in Q4-24, while the revenues fell by 15.98% from SAR 172.64 million.

As of 31 December 2024, Northern Region Cement witnessed 78.88% YoY higher net profits at SAR 100.87 million, compared to SAR 56.39 million.
