Following the announcement published by Al-Baha Investment and Development Company on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website on 09-04-2025, which included the company’s declaration of the approval by the Extraordinary General Assembly during its meeting held on 08-04-2025 to change the company’s commercial name from “Al-Baha Investment and Development Company – Listed Joint Stock Company” to “Saudi Darb Investment Co. – Listed Joint Stock Company,” and to amend the company’s name on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website to “SAUDI DARB” the company has received the amended commercial registration with the new name (Saudi Darb Investment Co.). The procedures related to the trademark are currently being finalized. |
