Announces the Resignation and Appointment of a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee Mohammed Hadi Al-Rasheed & Partners Co. announces that the Board of Directors, on 28/01/1447H corresponding to 23/07/2025G, approved the resignation of Ms. Sara Ali Ali Rajhi from her position as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, which she submitted on 21/07/2025G due to personal reasons.The Board of Directors extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms. Sara Ali Ali Rajhi for her valuable efforts during her tenure and wishes her continued success.Furthermore, the Board approved the appointment of Ms. Shouq Hadi Saad Al-Osaimi as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (from outside the Board), effective as of 23/07/2025G, to complete the remaining term of the current committee cycle. |
