Saudi Printing’s net losses decrease 27% in 9M-25; accumulated losses cross SAR 417m

Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Printing and Packaging Company incurred net losses worth SAR 96.09 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, marking a 26.87% drop from SAR 131.40 million in 9M-24.

Revenues fell by 15.57% to SAR 457.33 million in 9M-25 from SAR 541.69 million in the same period last year, according to the financial statements.

The loss per share reached SAR 1.60 as of 30 September 2025, compared with SAR 2.19 in 9M-24.

Results for Q3-25

During the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the Saudi company suffered 7.54% year-on-year (YoY) higher net losses at SAR 40.50 million, compared to SAR 37.66 million.

Meanwhile, the revenues shrank by 26.67% to SAR 132.24 million in the July-September 2025 period from SAR 180.34 million in 9M-24.

On a quarterly basis, the Q3-25 net losses widened by 29.89% compared to SAR 31.18 million in Q2-25, whereas the revenues declined by 17.45% from SAR 160.20 million.

Accumulated Losses

Saudi Printing recorded accumulated losses of SAR 417.20 million as of 30 September 2025, representing 69.53% of the company’s SAR 600 million capital.
