IHC generates 32% higher revenue in 9M-25 with total assets surpassing AED 462bn

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: International Holding Company (IHC), has delivered a revenue of AED 84.63 billion in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, signaling a 32.30% growth from AED 63.95 billion in 9M-24.

With profit before tax rising 15.70% to AED 21.65 billion, IHC’s net profit after tax reached AED 19.50 billion in 9M-25 which marked an 8.30% increase from AED 18 billion in 9M-24, according to the income statements.

Meanwhile, the basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) declined to AED 4.63 as of 30 September 2025 from AED 4.89 in the same period last year.

IHC’s total assets surged to AED 462.14 billion as of 30 September 2025, compared with AED 401.81 billion as of 31 December 2024.

Financial Results for Q3-25

In the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, which marked one of IHC’s strongest quarters to date, the company posted AED 29.90 billion in revenue which came 34.6% year-on-year (YoY) higher than AED 22.21 billion.

The net profit after tax soared by 53% to AED 8.69 billion in Q3-25 from AED 5.68 billion in Q3-24.

The CEO of IHC, Syed Basar Shueb, said: “Our nine-month performance reflects the enduring strength of IHC’s diversified model and our disciplined focus on value creation across industries. Through strategic portfolio management and efficient execution, we continue to deliver sustained growth, operational resilience, and long-term shareholder value.”

Shueb noted: “As one of the most active deal-makers in the region, our focus remains on building dynamic value networks that connect innovation with long-term capital and transform opportunities into enduring enterprise value.”

With total assets surpassing AED 460 billion, a strong liquidity base, and a proven track record as one of the region’s most active deal-makers, IHC stated it is well-positioned to sustain its growth trajectory and play a leading role in shaping global economic ecosystems.

It is worth noting that in the first half (H1) of 2025, IHC generated net profits amounting to AED 10.80 billion and revenue of AED 54.73 billion.
