| Change on the Development | Further to Alwasail Industrial Company's announcement dated August 11, 2025, regarding the republication of the Board of Directors' Report, the Company announces the republication of the Board of Directors' Report for the year 2024, including all the information required by the relevant implementing regulations. The attached report was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority to fulfill the requirements for transferring to the Main Market. The following items in the attached report have been amended:
1- Distinguishing between the current and previous positions of each of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee members, and Executive Management, in accordance with Paragraph (2) of Article (87) of the Corporate Governance Regulations.
2- Disclosing the method of risk management and monitoring for each item separately, in accordance with Paragraph (17) of Article (87) of the Corporate Governance Regulations. |
