Emirates REIT (CEIC) PLC (“Emirates REIT”), is pleased to announce its intention to pay an interim dividend in relation to the six month period ended 30 June 2025 of USD 7.5 million or USD 0.023499 per ordinary share, on or before 26 November 2025 (the “Interim Dividend”).

The Interim Dividend will be paid in cash to the shareholders of Emirates REIT on the register as of 18 November 2025, and represents the first dividend payment relating to the financial year 2025.
