MTI’s consolidated net profits increase to EGP 1bn in 9M-25

Cairo - Mubasher: MM Group for Industry and International Trade (MTI) generated higher consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 1.03 billion in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, compared with EGP 801.29 million in 9M-24

The earnings per share (EPS) grew to EGP 0.44 in 9M-25 from EGP 0.34 in the corresponding period a year earlier, according to the financial results.

In the January-September 2025 period, the consolidated net sales amounted to EGP 16.74 billion, an annual surge from EGP 10.78 billion.

The EGX-listed company reported total assets worth EGP 8.17 billion at the end of September 2025, versus EGP 6.13 billion at the end of December 2024.

Standalone Results 

MTI recorded an annual hike in non-consolidated net profits after tax to EGP 802.14 million in 9M-25, compared to EGP 684.35 million.

Non-consolidated net sales jumped to EGP 10.96 billion in 9M-25 from EGP 7.27 billion a year earlier, while the EPS rose to EGP 0.35 from EGP 0.30.

The total assets reached EGP 6.32 billion as of 30 September 2025, versus EGP 5.17 billion in the January-December 2024 period.

Financial Results for Q3-25

During the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the consolidated net profits after tax hit EGP 398.79 million, higher year-on-year (YoY) than EGP 295.65 million.

Consolidated net sales rose to EGP 5.68 billion in Q3-25 from EGP 4.54 billion in Q3-24, whereas the EPS climbed to EGP 0.17 from EGP 0.12.

The standalone net profits after tax totaled EGP 273.02 million in July-September 2025, reflecting an annual growth from EGP 228.33 million.

Net sales hiked to EGP 3.81 billion in Q3-25 from EGP 2.87 billion in the year-ago period, while the EPS increased to EGP 0.12 from EGP 0.10.

In the first half (H1) of 2025, MTI posted consolidated net profits after tax of EGP 637.54 million, marking a YoY rise from EGP 505.64 million.
