Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) signed a framework agreement with Expo 2030 Riyadh Company on 20 November 2025, according to a bourse filing.

Al Akaria will execute the Early Works for the Expo 2030 Riyadh project through one of its subsidiaries, Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Company (Binyah).

The four-year agreement includes demolition, earthworks and miscellaneous logistics activities to support the project's early works and site logistics.

Meanwhile, the financial impact will be determined based on the assigned work.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Al Akaria generated 898.14% higher net profits at SAR 268.50 million, compared to SAR 26.90 million in 9M-24.
