Cairo - Mubasher: The consolidated net profits after tax of Egypt Duty Free Shops reached EGP 87.67 million in the first quarter (Q1) of fiscal year (FY) 2025/2026, marking a year-on-year (YoY) plunge from EGP 107.74 million.

Consolidated total revenues decreased to EGP 344.01 million in Q1-25/26 from EGP 365.60 million in Q1-24/25, according to the financial results.

Furthermore, the consolidated total assets amounted to EGP 798.48 million in the July-September 2025 period, compared with EGP 915.34 million as of 30 June 2025.

Standalone Financials for Q1-25/26

The EGX-listed company posted an annual drop in non-consolidated net profits after tax to EGP 86.86 million during the three-month period that ended on 30 September 2025, against EGP 106.48 million.

The earnings per share (EPS) retreated to EGP 0.79 in Q1-25/26 from EGP 0.97 in the corresponding period a year earlier, whereas the standalone total revenues declined to EGP 360.63 million from EGP 361.05 million.

At the end of September 2025, the non-consolidated total assets amounted to EGP 758.06 million when compared to EGP 873.90 million at the end of FY-24/25.
