Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Arabia Refineries Company (SARCO) has completed the issuance of the articles of association and commercial registration for its wholly owned subsidiary, Clean Energy Company.

The limited liability single-member entity is headquartered in Bish City, according to a bourse filing.

Clean Energy will operate in metal mining, the manufacture of organic chemicals, and the production of primary gases, as well as liquid and compressed air.

The subsidiary will commence operations after completing all remaining administrative and technical arrangements and obtaining the necessary licenses.
