Boursa Kuwait announces that it concluded its review of the listed companies for the year 2026, following Boursa Kuwait Rules. By this review, the following has been decided: First: Companies upgraded from the Main Market to Premier Market due to fulfillment of the Premier Market requirements: International Financial Advisers Holding United Real Estate Co. Combined Group Contracting Co. Oula Fuel Marketing Co. Second: The downgrade of companies from Premier Market to the Main Market due to nonfulfillment of the Premier Market requirements: None Third: Companies that breached the Premier Market Continuing Obligation have been granted a one-year grace period to follow the requirements during which the companies will remain in Premier Market.
