The membership committee has decided during its session no. (01) on 15/01/2026 decision no. (01) of 2026 accepting the below: 1.     Act Securities Brokerage will resume its operations starting Sunday 18/01/2026, according to the company?s fulfillment of EGX requirements, as well as the approval by the Financial Regulatory Authority of the ordinary general assembly resolution of the company dated 17/07/2025 to resume its activity after the voluntary suspension, by the FRA BOD no. (29) of 2016. Provided that the company shall comply with fulfilling the minimum required key positions to be occupied, in accordance with the decision of the FRA BOD No. (2) of 2024 on 10/01/2024. 2.     Changing the name of Act Securities Brokerage to be (Wilzy securities Brokerage) 3.     Changing the address of its head office to be (Ground floor ? building no.5 Administrative unit no. (05-00-03) East Town- Al Andalus Sector ? New Cairo ? 5th settlement ? Cairo).
