Riyadh - Mubasher: Dar Al Majed Real Estate Company (Al Majdiah) obtained a SAR 500 million loan from Arab National Bank (ANB) to support the coming project in line with its strategic expansion plans.

The financing is guaranteed by promissory notes, according to a bourse filing.

The Shariah-compliant banking facility agreement, secured on 19 January 2026, extends for up to five years and includes a grace period of two years.

Earlier this week, the company announced a SAR 500 million facility deal with Alinma Bank in line with achieving its sustainable growth objectives.
