Results of Board Meeting

 

We would like to inform you that the company’s board of directors, in its meeting held on 28/1/2026, decided to an ordinary general assembly meeting to cancel trading on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and close the commercial license in UAE and it will be in the agenda of the coming AGM.

 

The date of the general assembly will be disclosed after coordination with the legal advisor and in accordance with the procedures followed by the Financial Service Authority.
