Subject: Disclosure of Nominees for Membership of the Board of Directors of Oman Flour Mills Company SAOG

 

First: Faris Said Muslem Salim Al Sidairi (Independent)

 

Faris Said Al Sidairi is a senior Oil & Gas professional with over 14 years of experience in the upstream sector, specializing in field operations, production management, HSSE compliance, and operational excellence. He currently serves as Field Operation Manager for Block-60 and Block-48 at OQ Exploration & Production (OQEP), where he leads multidisciplinary teams and oversees complex interfaces across drilling, completions, well interventions, production, and maintenance.

He holds a Master’s degree in Maintenance Management from Glasgow Caledonian University (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Higher College of Technology, Oman. Faris is recognized for his strong leadership, performance-driven approach, and proven capability in CAPEX/OPEX optimization, integrity management, and safe operations delivery.

 

Second: Nooh Abdul Hameed Issa Al Zadjali (Independent)

Nooh Al Zadjali is an organizational development professional with strong expertise in organizational design, project management, corporate governance, policy and procedure development, and quality management. He currently serves as a Consultant at TAKATUF Oman.

Nooh holds an MSc in Human Resource Management (Talent Management & Development) with distinction from the University of Lincoln (UK). He is a CIPD Associate, a certified Lean Black Belt, and a graduate of the Royal Academy of Management’s National Leadership Program “Etimad.” Through a balanced focus on people, process, and governance, Nooh consistently delivers outcomes that strengthen organizational capability and enable long-term growth.

Across the professional career, he has held leadership roles in multiple sectors in Oman, including Power and Utilities, Logistics and Supply Chain, Tourism, and Finance and Insurance. He supports organizations in strengthening governance practices, improving operating models, and embedding fit-for-purpose policies, regulatory compliance, controls, and performance frameworks, aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver sustainable business results.

Previously, Nooh held several leadership roles that span responsibilities oversee the following areas; People, Technology, Sustainability, Supply Chain, and HSE. He has led talent strategy initiatives, organizational restructuring, and operational improvement programs, and has delivered end-to-end process transformation and Lean implementations with measurable impact.

 

Third: Salim 'Abdullah Khalfan Al Ma'mari (Independent)

Mr. Salim Abdullah Al Ma’mari currently serves as Chief Investment Officer at the Oman Food Capital and possesses professional experience in the fields of investment, private capital management, mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio management.

He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis and Fund Management from the University of Exeter, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sultan Qaboos University, and a Bachelor of Science degree (majoring in Finance) from Sultan Qaboos University.

 

Fourth: Salah Abdulla Sultan Al Shamsi (Independent)

With over 28 years of extensive experience in strategic leadership and management, I consistently strive with my team and colleagues to demonstrate a capacity to drive transformative change and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Head of Division for Strategic Planning, Network Development & Risk Management at Al Maha Petroleum, I have led multifaceted teams, overseeing strategic planning, risk management, and network development. My accomplishments include spearheading major development projects, restructuring corporate frameworks, innovative value-added business solutions, and championing the company's corporate strategies. An MBA graduate with a robust portfolio in data analytics, strategic planning, risk management, business development, and high-level decision-making, I believe that I have contributed to aligning strategic objectives with actionable, results-driven solutions along with my subordinates, colleagues, and top management. Alongside the leadership of top management and my fellow leaders, I have propelled organizational growth, showcased by significant achievements in sales, marketing, network development, strategic planning, strategic partnerships, lucrative investment projects, and innovative projects execution.

Additionally, I have vast experience over many years in managing chains of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops while engaging in selling equipment and furnishing such businesses.
