| The Board of Directors of Al Fajar Al Alamia Co SAOG convened a Board Meeting on Monday, 9 February 2026, and passed the following resolutions: |
| The Board approved the unaudited consolidated and separate financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the period ended 31 December 2025. The unaudited financial statements have been duly uploaded on the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) website, in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements. |
| The Board Audit Committee appointed, and the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Sahil Babar as Internal Audit Manager of Al Fajar Al Alamia Co SAOG. Mr. Babar is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and brings with him extensive professional experience, having worked with Ernst & Young (E&Y), India, and Crowe Horwath Maz Ghalazi LLC, Oman, in the field of internal auditing. |
