The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 001 held on 15/02/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Resolution of the Board of Directors resolved in the meeting held on 15 February 2026.

We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of Sohar Power Company (SAOG) resolved the following in its meeting held on February 15. 2026:

 

 

1.       The Board approved the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 Dec 2025 along with the Board of Directors’ Report, Management Discussion Analysis Report, and Report on Code of Corporate Governance.  

 

 

1. The audited financial statements which will be published, can be viewed on the website of Muscat Securities Market and the Company’s website at www.soharpower.com”
