 Core Operations:

 The Holding company will be responsible for governance, compliance, tax filings, funding and coordinating with the parent company in Oman.

 The Operating company will manage operations, marketing, customer relationships, operational contracts, sales, invoicing, and collections.

 

Capital Investment:

 Holding company – USD 2.0 Million     ( 770k)

Operating company – USD 1.5 Million    ( 577.5k)

 Location:

 Both entities will be based in Houston, Texas, United States of America.
