Resolutions of the Board of Directors passed at their meeting held on 18th February 2026
The Board of Directors of Omani Euro Food Industries SAOG has passed the following resolutions:-
1. The Board of Directors of the Company approved the Audited Financial Statements as on 31/12/2025 2. The Board of Directors appointed H C Shah as our Internal Auditors for 2026
The financial statements as on 31/12/2025 has been uploaded on the Muscat Stock exchange website.
