Omani Euro Food Industries SAOG would like to inform the shareholders and the market that the Company has appointed H. C. Shah Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2026, pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors.

H. C. Shah Chartered Accountants is a long-established professional firm in the Sultanate of Oman providing accounting, auditing, taxation, management consultancy, and software consultancy services, and has been operating in Oman since 1978.
