Announcing the Resolutions of Board Meeting MUSCAT INSURANCE

The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 3 held on 25/02/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, 25^th February 2026, approved the audited Financial Statements as per IFRS 17 for the financial year ended 31^st December 2025. The Board noted that the result was net profit of OMR 1,170,948 (Rial Omani One Million One Hundred Seventy Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-Eight Only) for the year 2025 compared to a profit of OMR 367,748/- (Rial Omani Three Hundred Sixty- Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty-Eight Only) for the previous year 2024.

The Board of Directors informed that the above results will be approved at the forthcoming Annual Meeting to be held on Thursday, 26^th March 2026.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
