Sub: Approval of the audited financial results for the year ending on 31 December 2025

 

Dhofar Foods and Investment Company SAOG announces that the audited financial results for the year ending on 31 December 2025 were approved at the Board of Directors meeting held on 25/2/2026. Noting that the detailed financial results will be uploaded via Muscat Stock Exchange website during the legal period.

 

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
