The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 1 held on 02/03/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Disclosure of Board of Directors resolutions

 

 

The Board of Directors of Global Financial Investments Holding Company SAOG at its meeting held on 2/3/2025 has approved the annual audited results for the year ended 31st December 2025.

Audited financial results of the consolidation showed in the December 31, 2025 to achieve Net Profit after tax of RO  16,134,119  the parent share as RO  9,142,325. The parent share in shareholders' equity  44,795,004 RO.

The board decided to recommend to the annual general meeting  the distribution of cash dividends to the shareholders on the date of the meeting , amounting to 18 baizas per share for the 2025 financial year.

The Board of Directors agreed to invite the shareholders to attend the AGM scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 31.03.2026 at 3:00 PM through the online platform of the Annual General Meeting, which can be accessed through the Muscat Clearing and Depository website (www.mcd.gov.om).

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
