Disclosure Regarding the Signing of a Share Sale Agreement

Muscat Gases Company (“the Company”) would like to disclose that Takamul Investment Company, a shareholder of the company that owns 32.663% of the Company’s capital shares, and Oman Oil Marketing Company, a shareholders of the company, that owns 9.177% of the Company’s capital shares, have signed a share sale agreement with a company that interested in purchase the mentioned shares. The sale and transfer of share ownership procedures will be completed in the upcoming period.

The company will disclose any material information relevant to this disclosure as it occurs.
