Shell Oman Marketing SAOG would like to inform its valued shareholders of the nominee to fill the vacant seat. A brief profile of the nominee is provided below:

1-    Ali Al Janabi

Ali Al Janabi is currently the Senior Vice President and Country Chair Sultanate of Oman. He was appointed in July 2025 by the Board of Directors of Shell Oman Marketing SAOG to fill in the vacant seat until the next ordinary general assembly. Previously, Ali was the Vice President and Chairman of Shell Group of Countries Kazakhstan, Iraq, Tunisia and United Arab Emirates.

Ali has over 23 years of experience in Shell in a variety of Commercial, Trading and Country management roles across Chemicals, Integrated Gas and Upstream.
