The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 01 held on 02/03/2026 and passed the following resolutions.
Subject: Approval of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st December 2025
Dhofar Beverages and Foodstuff Co. SAOG announces that the audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 were approved at the Board of Directors meeting Held on 2nd March 2026. Nothing that the detailed financial results will be uploaded via the Muscat Stock Exchange website during the legal period.
