Muscat Finance SAOG would like to inform its esteemed shareholders that in accordance with the regulatory approval the proposal of the cash dividends mentioned in our earlier disclosure dated January 27, 2026, AGM agenda item No. 5, the cash dividends have been amended to 1.67%.
