The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 1/2026 held on 05/03/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Muscat Gases Company S.A.O.G has its Board of Directors meeting on 5th March 2026, and the Board approved the Audited Financial statements for the year ended 31^st December 2025.
