National Biscuits Industries Ltd SAOG advises the Financial services Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and investors as follows:
Mrs. Prerna Singh has been appointment as the Chairman of the board of directors with effect from 2nd March 2026 , Mr. Faisal Mohammed Al Yousef as the vice chairman and member of the board of directors and Mr. Rizwanali as member of board of directors with effect from 2nd March 2026.

Further to the disclosure dated March 3, 2025, National Biscuits Industries Ltd SAOG wishes to disclose that The Board of Directors decided during its meeting held on March 2, 2026, to appoint Mr.Faisal Mohamed Al Yousef and Mr.Rizwan Ali as temporary directors until the annual general assembly meeting expected to be held in June 2026.Mrs. Prerna Singh is appointed as the Chairman and Mr. Faisal Mohamed Al Yousef as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Faisal Al –Yousef currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Al Yousef Group LLC, Muscat, Oman. He holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration.
Mr.Rizwan Ali currently serves as General Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering.
