In compliance with the DFSA’s rules on disclosures by Connected Persons, Equitativa (Dubai) Limited (“Equitativa”) on behalf of Emirates REIT (CEIC) PLC (the “Emirates REIT”) with registered address at Level 23, Index Tower, DIFC, Dubai, UAE, informs the market that Vintage Commodities FZCO (formerly “Vintage Bullion DMCC”) of 39E, Almas Tower, JLT, Dubai, UAE, has reported to Equitativa today, 6 March 2026, that its entire holding of shares in Emirates REIT has been transferred to an associated company, Aralia Securities Limited (“Aralia Securities”) with registered address at Unit 2715, 27/F, The Metropolis Tower, 10 Metropolis Drive, Hung Hom, Hong Kong, effective 5 February 2026 (the “Transaction”). Following the Transaction, Vintage Commodities FZCO ceases to be a Connected Person and, Aralia Securities solely assumes the status of a Connected Person of Emirates REIT in respect of this holding.

The total aggregate holding of Vintage Commodities FZCO together with associates as at 6 November 2025 stood at 16.90% with Vintage Commodities FZCO independently holding 37,309,338 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 11.69%. As a result of the Transaction and additional subsequent purchase of shares, Aralia Securities’ holding in Emirates REIT as at 6 March 2026 stands at 55,283,155 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 17.32%.
