Subject: Oman Oil Marketing Company SAOG Announces the Full Divestment of its Stake in Muscat Gases Company SAOG

 

With reference to the disclosure made by Oman Oil Marketing Company SAOG “the Company” on the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) on 02 March 2026 regarding the Share Purchase Agreement (“the Agreement”) it has entered into with Blue Gas LLC for the full divestment of the Company’s shareholding in Muscat Gases Company SAOG, we would like to draw the attention of our valued investors to the following:

1. The accounting classification of this investment is recorded as financial assets at fair value through profit or loss (FVTPL).

 

2. OOMCO’s ownership percentage in Muscat Gases is 9.177%.

 

3. The book value of the investment in the Company’s accounts as of 31 December 2025 is RO 324,872.

 

The Company will provide further updates to the market in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory disclosure requirements from Muscat Stock Exchange.
